Property Evaluation

Once a potential property catches our eye, we conduct a thorough evaluation, comparing it to three similar, recently renovated properties to estimate its after-repair value.

Cost Estimation

To ensure accuracy in budgeting, we use the most comparable property as a benchmark and collaborate with our experienced contractors to obtain detailed labor cost estimates.

Material Sourcing

We take pride in our cost-effective approach to materials. Our Chief of Construction, David, personally oversees the sourcing of materials, ensuring we get the best value without sacrificing quality.

Construction Oversight

Throughout the construction phase, our dedicated team maintains a watchful eye, guaranteeing that every project progresses smoothly and is completed to the highest standards.

Listing Preparation

Once the renovation is complete, our brokerage team expertly prepares and lists the property, saving us 3% in realtor fees. However, we still offer a 3% commission to buyer's agents, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting a wider pool of potential buyers. Our goal is to sell the property quickly and efficiently, maximizing returns for both us and our investors.
