These improvements allow us to reposition the property in the market and achieve rental rates that are in line with or exceed comparable properties in the area.
Upon acquiring a property, we initiate a well-defined capital improvement plan. Our initial focus is on strategically relocating tenants from units slated for renovation, often offering incentives such as two months of free rent to expedite the process.
